blogs and also sponsor communities like Green Valley and Palm
Canyon in Henderson, Nv.
At one time I had a community web page for Palm Canyon in
Henderson, but I think this will reach more people and will give
them more up to date info to access about their communities,
especially for my clients in Henderson, NV
I look forward to some updates and ideas on how to treat these
sponsorships and suggestions from all of you on the best way to
manage them.
I would love to have a class on how to best use our blogs for
communities where we specialize. What is the feeling on how many to
sponsor, etc.? Also, I read someone else who was concerned about
who is really sponsoring a community if it falls under a larger
community?
Hope my questions make sense and we can get some answers and
training. ActiveRain is a great site and I just need to
learn how to make my communities in Henderson, NV [Green Valley and
Palm Canyon] stand out and reach the people that are

Home sales activity in Palm Canyon,
a neighborhood near Black Mountain in Henderson, NV fell
sharply in the 4th quarter of 2007, with only three homes sold,
compared to ten homes in the 3rd quarter. Year-over-year
activity was down 45%, with just 26 homes sold in 2007 versus 47
homes in 2006.
The existing resale inventory of 13 homes represents a
one-year supply at the current sales pace, which is a
strong buyer's market. Homes
in Palm Canyon have lot sizes from about
6,000 square feet up to 1/4 acre and more.

a neighborhood near Black Mountain in Henderson,
NV continued its upward trend in the third quarter of 2007
with ten units closed, two more than the 2nd quarter. While
the nine-month total is still 50% less than one year ago, it is
encouraging to see the number of closings continue to increase.
The existing resale inventory of 18
homes (plus 3 with accepted offers) equates to
about a six-month supply, which is a balanced
market. This is further supported by an average days on market
of 95. Homes in Palm Canyon have lot sizes
from about 6,000 square feet up to 1/4 acre and more.
