It's that time again. The World Series of Poker is in town for its annual run. The rounds played here are actually for the championship. The tournament itself kicked off in early June with satellite play around the world and winners from those qualified to be here. The event is held at the Rio and the first day of action is today, while the final table of nine players is programmed for July 17. If you like to participate, the buy-in is a cool $10,000 and the format no-limit Texas hold'em. In the early going organizers expect to see up to 3,000 players each day tussle and bluff at the felt tables.
