07 High/Mid rise Condo's numbers blow 06's numbers out of the water. In 2006 many people who were observing the NEW Luxury High/Mid rise Condo market in Las Vegas weren't impressed by the numbers. Allot of people thought it was just a small faze that was going to blow over by the next year, they were 100% wrong.
