I just updated my quarterly market statistics for Saratoga County in upstateNY. Unit sales were off a mere 4.2% from the same quarter last year (far outpacing Q1 and Q2 which were down 28% and 18% respectively). Pricing was down 7.9% versus the prior year and averaged $275,259.
