Feng Shui Advice: Bring back Values and Self Respect

It's truly time we bring values and self respect back into our lifestyle.  The date of 12/21/12 has come and gone, nothing exploded or erupted in the sense of the world ending.  What did happen is a growth in awareness in all that change in how we go about living needs to shift.

People keep asking, what can we do, what can I do? Here is a starting point suggestion: what you can do is look to yourself and ask, "Am I treating my self with respect, am I being respected by others? If not, what changes in my lifestyle do I need to make in order to bring this form of value and self respect back into my life? 

Bringing values back into this world starts with all of us individually. Take responsibly for your actions in how you allow yourself to be treated, you have control with that outcome.  Take responsibility for how you treat others, your impact on that one person can create a ripple effect of how they treat them selves and others with the outcome of your interactions.  By doing this, others will notice a change in your energy field and will naturally start to change their perspective in how they see and treat you, thus the positive chain reaction begins.

Look at the changes that need to be made from a body, mind, emotional and spiritual perspective, it takes all levels of awareness to bring transformation.

1. Are you maintaining the body you have been given? Are you feeding you self with nutritious meals? Are you staying active to help keep the flow of energy circulating properly?  A body in motion stays in motion as they say.
2. Are you constantly enhancing your knowledge and allowing yourself to grow and learn? Are you doing your best not to fill your head with drama talk, images you see on TV or read in the paper?
3. Are you doing what you can to balance out your emotions? When you need to release from a negative experience in a healthy way (crying) do you? Do you allow yourself to face the truths of your personal challenges and life lessons so you can move past that and grow? Are you allowing yourself to let go of past negative experiences and relationship? Are you being mindful with the kinds of people you choose to surround yourself with?
4. Are you connecting to a higher source form, meaning having some form of positive faith or belief system that keeps you grounded through this life journey? Are you doing activities that keeps you true spirit happy, such as with meditation, outdoor activities or art?  Really you should be doing the things that truly makes you smile.

These are some simply guidelines with how to reprogram values and self respect back into your life which in due time will resonate to others, thus allowing the positive chain reaction to take place :)
