Question: I am a Realtor in Atlanta, GA who will be moving to the Akron, OH area. I understand that there is no reciprocity between the two states and will have to go through all the classes again to obtain my Ohio real estate license. Looking at the courses offered, they are very expensive. It was only about half as much to get my license here.
Can anyone recommend an alternative? Is there an alternative? Or should I just bite the bullet and roll with it?
Which real estate company is highly recommended?
