Effective 12/01/2009, the Federal Tax Credit Program has been extended. The notable aspects of the Bill include:

Question: I am listing an REO, and I'm looking at the tax records to determine the correct square footage, and it is very confusing on here and I've never seen a property with data this difficult to decipher.
On building square feet it says 1576, on above ground square feet it says 1206, on ground floor area is 804, and on 2nd floor area it says 386..... So what is the total square footage to enter into the MLS and to use to compare for a BPO? Do any of those number even add into one another to get the building square footage total or above ground???
