Burnham Square Condos in the Arena District
Why Do People Live at Burnham Square?
There is no doubt that the best part about living in Burnham Square is the location. Nearly everything downtown Columbus has to offer. There is a decidedly urban feel to the place, in which everything you could want is within walking distance. Yet it’s most definitely a neighborhood with a sense of community that’s often limited to the suburbs. It doesn't even necessarily feel like an urban loft area. Walking through you’ll see tree-lined streets, open green spaces and the riverfront’s North Bank Park. However, cross the street and you will find Nationwide Arena, Lifestyle Communities Pavilion, the Arena Grand Theatre and Huntington Park. Even though it is one of the original Arena District locations it has remained one of the most popular. The Short North is also right around the corner.
