The single family average sale price was down 2.3% from February 2011. Average active price for a home in the area was down 13.7% from a year ago.  Meidian sale price of $175,000 is up 8.7% from February 2011. Homes in Westerville, Ohio 43081 area sold within 97% of the final list price. 

February 2011 home sales in the zip code were up 27.8% from a year ago when most buyers were getting a tax credit. Months of inventory (Westerville, Ohio 43081 homes for sale) is up 15.2%  from last year based on recent sales.  With 10.2 months of inventory there is plenty for buyers to choose from.
