There were 110 condos in the Masonville area around North Centre Road, Doon Drive that sold at an average price of $242,746 in 2010 which was 98% of the asking price. These condos were on the market for less than 35 days. As for 2009, 108 condos sold at an average selling price of $220, 017.

This area remains one of the hottest markets in London and especially  with UWO, a teaching hospital and the research park makes this area of London desirable.
