Question: Thomas: Thanks for the edification. Have you heard of www.propertytrustgroup.com? They charge 1800 min for lm and I make anything over that. They offer to give money back if they don't get the job done and claim a 97% success rate. Do you think it would be possible to work directly for the lender and do the leg work for loan modification? Almost like creating a job within the co for yourself. I feel like the fees are really high for a lm and what this company does is tells you to tell the homeowner to not make their mortgage payments for the next 3 months but save the money like you are just in case it can't get done? Does that sound right to you? Thanks Cat
