Question: For agents, regarding FHA appraisals. A contract fell through on an appraisal(FHA). Both agents involved tried to fight it to no avail. Both believed it was inaccurate and appraiser missed something key. Anyway, I am told now that appraisal is in the system and will stay with the property for 6 mths. This really causes a problem now for new potential offers coming in on this property. has any one encountered this or know if this is correct.

Well, today we're at the end of the 101 Trolley Line in Media PA Delaware County. The SEPTA 101 Trolley runs from the 69th Street Terminal Station out to just west of Orange Street on State Street in downtown Media. The final stop is just two blocks north of Baltimore Av/Baltimore

I toured this Knowltonwood 3 bedroom, 2.5 Bath home today.
It is a wonderful hillside raised ranch on a cul-de-sac which borders land that Middletown Township has designated as preserved open space.
The Kitchen and Baths have all been updated, and the hardwood floors are beautifully finished.
