Question: I have a situation where a friend wants to me to list a house in N. Braddock.
The deed is registered in the her name and in her sister's name with the mother having a life estate.
The mother is 91 years old and the daughters need to sell the house to fund her stay in a care facility.
What can I do to help them make this happen.
Of course the house isn't going to bring much, and they really need every penny they can get out of it for their mother's continued care.
