Ashcroft Hall Section 1 Subdivision was the first Stage being platted in 1966. It includes the following roads Grand Concourse, Stillwater Drive, Stillwater Place, Birchdale Drive, Foxcroft Road & Ravenwood Drive. Grand Concourse fronts on Fort Johnson and parcels shares a line with the James Island Charter High School.
Harbor Woods Section 1-A Subdivision was the second Stage being Platted in 1972. It includes the following roads Regatta Road, Anchor Road & Nabors Road. Nabors Drive provides access to Harbor View Road. This section parcels shares a line with the James Island Recreation Center.
Harbor Woods Section 2 Subdivision was the Third Stage being Platted in 1973. It includes the following roads Harbor Towne Road, South Channel Court, North Channel Court & Seafarer Way. This section parcels also shares a line with James Island Charter High School.
Ashwood Subdivision was the fourth Stage being platted in 1977. It includes the extionsion of Stillwater Drive & Three Trees. It is probably the shadiest shot in Harbor Woods with many large trees and Large Lots
Bayfield Manor Subdivision was the Fifth Stage being platted in 1979. It Includes the Extention of Anchor Road, Mooring Drive, Blockade Lane & Extension of Godber Street leading to Stiles Point Subdivision's Mikell Drive. This section parcels also shares a line with Stiles Point Elementary School which has been newly rebuilt behind the old School which currently house Harbor View Elementary School as their campus is being rebuilt. When Harbor View Elementary School Building is complete in 2015 the Old Stiles Point School will be razed and replaced with a good size park.
Harbor Woods III was the Sixth Stage being Platted in 1983. It was devloped across Fort Johnson Road from the original Harbor Woods and includes Bilfish Court, White Marlin Drive & Blue Marlin Drive. Blue Marlin Drive provides access to Fort Johnson Road. This section parcels shares lines with the newly development Eaglewood Retreat & Bay View Farms Subdivision
Coming Soon is a new Subdivison that will be added in the next two to three years off the end of Harbor Town Road. It will be the final stage in this subdivision. I will keep you informed as building oportunity become available
