If you are buying a condo here and are thinking of renting it out when you're not using it, stay away from floors 4, 5, 28 and 29.  These floors have been reserved for owner occupants only. 

The Margate Tower is Luxury at its best with nothing missing except for the 13-th floor.  As in other high rises, this number is absent from the elevator buttons...  Not a bad thing if you're superstitious...
