We are supposed to post pending within 72 hours, and to many never change, making it bad for buyers when searching and often times, you get permission to show, only to find its under contract!

Real Estate Q. I owe $150,000 on my home. Homes in my area are selling for around $125,00 or less so I am obviously underwater. I refinanced last year to get a 3.5% rate with Wells Fargo, but it isn't helping. I am current on all my bills and taht seems to be the probelm! I probably will not qualify for a short sale without paying out of pocket. I see where a lot of banks are helping with HARP and HAMP. AT my age I do no want to be paying on a house when I'm 90 years old! What options would I have and what agency would be my best contatc?
