Bays Mountain is a 3,550 acre outdoor playground. Home to Otters, deer, bobcats, wild turkeys, beaver dams wolf habitat and a cave system. It has 27 miles of hiking trails that weave around the park up in the mountains and around the lake. It has a learning center and a planetarium.

Question: We found a foreclosed home we love the day it was listed (Sunday). We told out agent we wanted to make an offer on the next day, Mondy. Before we got ours in, another offer was faxed. We went ahead and made a backup offer. The bank required a preapproval leeter before making an offer. It turns out, there was no preapproval letter with the offer, though the contract we were told went through. What are our chances?
