Today I'd like to visit Brittany Place, Knoxville, TN. A nice, family oriented subdivision in West Knoxville, Brittany Place is close to shopping, restaurants, and schools -- public school system is zoned for West Hills elementary, Bearden Middle School and Bearden High School.

It is convenient to downtown Knoxville, I-40, Middlebrook Pike and Kingston Pike.

Brittany Place is comprised of single family homes, many of which are two story, with a few one-level homes. Homes range between 2500 - 4000 square feet, with 3 or more bedrooms. There are 91 properties, with only one entrance to limit traffic volume.
