Showing homes today in Spring
Hill, we viewed a home that looked beautiful in pictures,
and my clients were really excited to see it in person. It had a
nice lot in a good location, and we all agreed that it had nice
curb appreal.
And then I opened the door.
The first thing out of my clients mouth was CATs. and in this
case, the cat in question, which we never did find, had marked
every room with cat urine.
I was the only one who noticed, because my clients never made it
10 feet into the home. Spring Hill has lots of
beautiful homes at attractive prices. Anything that smells like
this will never sell for a decent price. Someone needs to tell the
Seller, or this home will never sell.
Just my rant for the day. Sorry, I'll try to keep it down.
