I for one am excited to see the next phase of new building at Agave, a development that has seen little construction in the last four years. The resale market is still healthy out there, as there really is nothing funky, detached, with a yard and modern at this pricepoint anywhere else in Austin - the short drive to 183 has kept the cost of land down.
