I listed this  wonderful home in Canyon Creek West.  My seller was relocating to Houston.  They worked hard to de-clutter, listened to the stager in re-arranging the furniture, had the windows washed, home cleaned to a bright shine and priced the home at market value!  After going on market we immediately had an offer from a single mother with 2 children moving from Houston to Austin.  During negotiations she got cold feet with moving quickly and taking on the prospect of buying her first home by herself.  We received another offer and during negotiations the buyer decided they like another neighborhood where they had some friends living.

The third time was the charm!  A wonderful young couple fell in love with the enviable outdoor kitchen, open floor plan, corner lot, made an offer and we came to terms.  The process went smoothly; the other agent was a Coldwell Banker agent and was great to work with as well as the buyers lender of choice.  Closing papers came in 5 days early...plenty of time to review the documents and get to my sellers in Houston to be notarized and back for the buyers to sign on closing day.
