Question: HELP!
I am a first time home buyer. I have found a home and after the process had begun, i later learned my Realtor is brand new to the business, as well as my loan officer having little experience.
I was optimistic and hopeful until red flags began to show.
Complaints from both my LO and my Realtor have been brought to my attention, each complaining about each other. Both are claiming neither are doing there jobs. My LO is apparently telling my Realtor how to do hers and in defense my Realtor is doing everything he asks.
It is obvious someone dropped the ball. I'm having to rent my hopeful, future home this month for $1400 in order to keep my contract available because the sellers thought the closing would be by early October. I am having to pay this in order to avoid a breech of contract.
I will be devastated if this home falls through due to poor management. I have been pre-approved for the loan but feel as though anything can happen. I am completely in the dark.
HELP!
