Today is the day! The Patriot Cup Golf Tournament is officially underway and is in full swing. The local community is excited to spend this beautiful day on our gorgeous greens and the word is spreading about the fun we're having here at the Bridges.

The Bridges at Preston Crossings was featured in The Dallas Morning News yesterday in an article highlighting our charity golf and fishing tournaments. If you missed out on the fun today, be sure to sign up for next weekend's Patriot Bass Tournament where pro-angler Jimmy Houston will MC the event. All of the proceeds from these events benefit Operation FINALLY HOME.

We have some exciting events coming up at The Bridges at Preston Crossings! On Friday, March 25, we are hosting a charity golf tournament at The Bridges Golf Club.

Attendees will have the opportunity to play on the charming, 18-hole Fred Couples Signature Golf Course. The format will be a Four-Man Scramble, costing $80 per person if you register by March 1. A continental breakfast and box lunch will be provided. 

Then, on Saturday, April 2, pro angler Jimmy Houston will MC a charity fishing tournament at The Bridges' Double M Lake. This bass stocked lake includes a prized Patriot Bass worth $1,5000! Additional prizes will be awarded to the top fishermen and children. The cost is $20 per person if registered by March 1, and also includes a continental breakfast and lunch.

The best part about these events is that 100 percent of proceeds will benefit Operation FINALLY HOME, a wonderful organization dedicated to providing mortgage-free homes and land to veterans and their families. Currently, three homes for our heroes are under construction and two more will be completed this year. Your participation is a great way to honor and support Operation FINALLY HOME, who partners with corporate and individual contributors, to help these heroes get their lives back on track.

The Sherman Community Players (SCP) have been presenting state-of-the-art entertainment to the North Texas and Southern Oklahoma areas since the 1920s. On February 12, the SCP Theatre Guild is promoting a Valentine Dinner Fundraiser. Before seeing Dearly Beloved, a southern comedy about love, marriage and sisterhood, take part in a mouth-watering, three course dinner catered by Feast On This!
