You will often hear Lakes on Eldridge North referred to as a resort-style community. This is the view you will see as you drive into the community, just past the manned gate. As you drive down the manicured and landscaped streets and common areas, you will be able to see why it is such a popular and sought-after community. There are many culdesacs throughout the neighborhood.

Shopping: Memorial City Mall, one of Houston's nicest malls, and also the popular Houston City Centre are just minutes away on I-10, to the south of Lakes on Eldridge North. Houston's Galleria area is close as well. To the north, you'll find Houston's Premium Outlet Mall as well as many other places to shop along Hwy 290.

Dining: There are tons of places to eat whether you go to the south toward I-10 or to the north toward Hwy. 290. You'll find a great selection of restaurants serving BBQ, steaks, Mexican food, Oriental food and just about anything else you want, with atmospheres ranging from casual to formal.

Conveniently located near Beltway 8, with easy access to both I-10 and 290, Lakes On Eldridge North is a wonderful community to call home! Eight homes SOLD during the month of December in Lakes on Eldridge North. The average number of days on the market was only 58 which made for a relatively short listing period. Average price per square foot for these homes was $114 (not taking into account the one foreclosure which sold for $90/sq. ft. -- CASH sale). Most Lakes On Eldridge North buyers purchased using CONVENTIONAL financing, although three of the purchasers paid cash.

There are currently 32 homes on the market in Lakes On Eldridge North. Six of these sellers are under contract with four in their option period, two pending their close date.
