This is the schedule I followed for 15 straight years in a row.  It was not easy, it was not always fun, but it was my job.  When I left and the end of the day, I felt good because I had done what I had promised myself, my family, my clients, and my coach.  Remember this was MY SCHEDULE, and what I wanted to accomplish, you must decide for yourself what it is you want, then design a schedule to make it happen!
