Question: My father passed away in 2000 without a will so we had to go thru the probate process and we all got a share of the property I have three other siblings and had one brother he passed away in 2005 - After my father's death my siblings sisters wanted me to move in to the home and I at the time was leasing a apartment with my own family and after discussing it with my own family we moved in and we have maintained all the repairs, property taxes and currently remodeling our home and now they want to discuss the house and property issue. What rights do I have since I have been paying the bills, taxes and repairs and we have already put in alot of money on repairing and maintaining the house.
