Round Rock just got a Sprouts Farmers Market. I had never heard of this chain before but apparently they have around 30+ stores around the nation. I had to go check it out because there is nothing better than home grown tomatoes and onions to name a few.

Question: How feasible is it to take over someone's mortgage payments so they can avoid foreclosure? Not as an investor, but to buy and reside in the home. I'm sure the banks frown upon this...but, I know they frown upon foreclosures, too! Thank you.
