Nothin' like a little sunshine to brighten up your day (or your listing)! About a week ago I got a new listing and the owners were anxious to get their home up and on the market. We signed the listing agreement, I took my pictures, put my sign up and got it done. There was only one small problem, it was a cloudy, gloomy, dark and dreary day. I really don't like to take listing photos on a day such as that. Well, I went ahead and took the photos and got the listing on the market as my clients wished, but told my new clients that I would be back when the weather was better to retake the pictures.
Boy am I glad I did...
