We woke up at 4:00 a.m to load everything and head to the lake - Otter Creek Reservoir actually. Ready to go at 5:00 a.m. and arrived at the lake at 7:30 a.m.anxious to get on the lake!

We are headed for one of our favorite fishing spots...Otter Creek Reservoir,located just outside of Circleville, Utahand before Antimony! We hope to fish all day and catch our limit and if not...then at least we'll enjoy the day!

Just more reasons to love southern Utah!
Along with so many more including: boating, swimming, fish, picnicing, horseback riding, hiking, playing golf, biking, riding off-highway vehicles or just relaxing with family and friends!
Not not mention the Utah State Parks, allwithin a 30 minute drive!

A fellow realtor suggested using single page address websites for listings due to their affordability and to impress sellers.
I am always looking for better and more creative ways to reach further into the market regarding advertising.
Are they effective or a waste of marketing dollars?

This is a yellow Ice Plant. The flowers almost remind me of sea anemones.
