Hampton Real Estate News and Questions

?
Question: I have a question about a bank owned property. In the county real estate record, the sale price for this property is 55k. But we were told that bank paid two mortgages with a total over 100k. Then why is the 55k recorded with the county but not the total amount? How can I find out how much exactly the bank paid for this property?
