Internet Home Search: Drinking from a firehose By: Chris McNamara (BuyerTours Realty LLC)

Short Sale Definition By: Skye Luke (Professional Realtor with Keller Williams Realty)
Ashort saleis a transaction that does not produce sufficient funds to cover the existing monetary encumbrances against the property, closing costs, real estate commissions, and other financial requirements of closing. The Seller is walking away with no profit what so ever. Youneed to be very patient when buying a short sale.
