What a surprise to see after a sluggish year for higher priced homes. Ten homes with an average days on market of over 93 days go under contract.
Up until now the homes priced under $250k was where the market movement was however this was the first month that I have seen a market where more than one or two luxury homes have shown movement.
Some predict inflation and higher interest rates in the near future may be the driving force here.
