Holmes Point Home sellers received 99.9% of their list price in March

Currently there are 11 homes for sale in the Holmes Point neighborhood ranging in price from $679k for a rustic home in a wooded setting with a potential extra lot to an architectural stunning waterfront home for $2.3M.  March had 3 closed  sales ranging in price from $450k to $849K.

Closed real estate sales  in the Holmes Point neighborhood of Kirkland received  99.9% of their list price in March compared to the previous March where sellers received an average of 95.5% of their listing price.  No doubt market stabilization helped along with interest rates remaining extremely low.
