The inventory of homes for sale recently on Lake Washington has been lower than we've seen in years.  While there have been up to 200 homes available during busier selling seasons, we're down to just 74 homes on the lake listed for sale currently.  That number is under where we were one year ago today, at 83 homes available for sale. With over 2,000 houses on Lake Washington, the current crop of homes for sale represents just 3 or 4 of every 100 waterfront homes being available for sale.
