Question: Are you a Madison area Realtor who has established a successful niche in addition to single-family existing homes? Staging? New-home construction? Appraising? I need to interview a Realtor within the next day or two for a brief article to run on the front page of Wisconsin Currents, AnchorBank's newsletter of tips and trends for Realtors. Please get in touch soon if you'd like to participate--it takes 20-30 minutes, and you'll review a draft for accuracy before it runs. Reach me at 608-205-9827, or 608-332-3211 (mobile).
