North Woods is (in my humble opinion) one of the most unique and beautiful neighborhoods in Putnam County. The entire neighborhood is built on the top of a ridge. All homes have sloping back yards and fabulous views. There is not a bad view to be found. Depending on the home site, houses may overlook an untouched forest or the town of Winfield, including the Kanawha River, county courthouse and schools.
