A few days ago, the Herald Dispatch ran a front page article covering the progress of residential availability in downtown Huntington. Today, they published another report on another revitalization project. Between 10th Street and 13th Street, new features are being added to 3rd Avenue. Better parking options, new sidewalks, brighter street lighting and appealing landscaping are being used to help bridge the Marshall campus and downtown retailers.

21 condos at The St. James are now either under contract or sold.  This is the area's first "vertical development".  It's another big step for the revival of the downtown area.  See more at http://www.saintjamescondos.com/
