 This new listing is located off I-64 on Springdale Road, Meadow Bridge, WV.  The split-level home features a bedroom and bath on each level, and is  located on 9.25 acres.      An Addition to my Pottery Collection from the Lockbridge Pottery’s Spring Show     I attended the Lockbridge Pottery’s Spring Show on Friday, May 31, 2013 and as usual I bought a piece of pottery.   "This stoneware batter bowl (right) is thrown on the wheel and has a trimmed foot," says Jeff Diehl, the potter.  "It has a stainless steel wall hanger in the foot and a pulled handle for ease of use while mixing. The decoration is a trailed-cobalt slip with influences from the Sung Dynasty based on their peony design applied with a technique I learned during my apprenticeship in Germany.   It is fired in the reduction kiln to 2350 degrees here at Lockbridge Pottery and has an opaque glaze based on the Leach Pottery (Cornwall, England) standard-ware glaze."   Check out some of Jeff's po... 06/11/2013

  Driving out to Meadow Bridge, WV was an enjoyable day for me..... a ride in the country seems to help clear my head, and bring back childood memories of lazy days and long walks on country roads.  Enjoying nature calms my spirit. Sometimes it is good to escape from our demanding lives and become a part of nature and enoy its calming effect. This cow walking down the road by herself seemed to be enjoying her walk on the other side of the fence, away from the demands of her family.  I stopped to take some photos with my phone.  She's thinking, "go away I am enjoying my walk   .... :)     Buying or selling a home is very demanding.  If you are thinking of buying a home or selling your home in the country or in town, give me a call I will make the process calm and easy for you......Rebecc... 09/06/2012
