As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #293441) in Washington State, Steven Cook has successfully passed both the SAFE National component test and the Washington State component test. In accordance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing (SAFE) Act of 2008, Steve has completed additional Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry requirements including fingerprinting, successfully passing a criminal background check, and certification with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. Steve additionally participates in continuing education to remain current with changing legislation and lending guidelines.

The branch Steve is working at has a vast array of product knowledge and broad experience originating all types of loans including FHA, VA, USDA, Conforming, and Jumbo. Steve is dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals whether they are purchasing their first home, refinancing to bring their payments down, upsizing to a new home, or looking to buy investment property. He listens to his clients and customizes a financing solution that best fits their needs.

Steven is also active in the community, serving as elected officer on several groups including the Parkland Community Association, the business and community member organization for the area where his office is located.  The office is also a member of the Garfield Street Business Association.

We also have HARP 2 loans, and have added capabilities for lower credit scores, can do Manufactured Home Loans, as well as no appraisal VA IRRRL loans.
