About Me:

 

I am a full-time Realtor in Crestline and Lake Arrowhead CA. 

I grew up in Temecula Calif. in beautiful Wine Country on 2 acres of horse property.  I watched Temecula, which used to be Rancho California grow from a two lane main street and one stoplight to the huge valley that it is today.  After living by the ocean for a few years, my husband and I moved back to the valley.  With each passing summer getting hotter and hotter, we decided to move to the gorgeous San Bernardino mountains.  The first time we drove up the mountain, I remember the anxiety of what we doing:  it seemed so far away from everything!!!  It was such a huge chang! Being a true California girl, I didn't know if I'd like the cold and snow.  I am most pleased to say: I do love it!  The air is fresh and clean, the community of Crestline is small and close.  I enjoy being on the mountain, which is similiar to the ocean community in that it's laid back and you're able to relax.  I enjoy selling real estate up here, because it's all about being above the clouds but down to earth! I am truly blessed to be able to live and work in the community in which I live and love.

I will only show you homes that you want to see, not what will get me the most commission. I am expert at contracts, using only updated ONLINE California Department of Real Estate forms, and you will know everything up front and have it all explained to take away some of the stress of buying a home.  While we are in escrow, you will know what's going on immediately so you're not left wondering and I will go to bat for you if there is an issue that may come up in your escrow. I use an extensive network of local Crestline and Lake Arrowhead professionals in title and escrow, as well as reputable handymen, plumbers, electricians, and other specialists to help you during and after your purchase up here.

For sellers, I provide internet savvy marketing, creating custom pages just for their listing to best showcase it's qualities.  I have my own websites that have been very active where buyers come to view homes and other area information. My print marketing is outstanding and creative, so the home pops out in the eyes of the purchaser, and is on Homes and Land Magazine also.  Our office puts all listings on the most popular search for homes, Realtor.com, with expanded listings, containing virtual tours.  We also advertise on LATimes.com, Yahoo.com, movoto.com, Bibbyrealty.com, Homesandland.com, craigslist.org,zillow.com,googlebase.com, and many many more of the most popular searches for Crestline and Lake Arrowhead real estate.  Homes are put on different MLS systems to reach most of California, with the entire state of California to be included this year.

It has been six months since escrow closed, and we are still in awe that we own a piece of this magical place!  We welcomed summer by spending a full two weeks here, and it was so hard to leave.  We can't wait to retire so we can live up here full-time!  Crestline is so beautiful, and we have already made many friendly contacts within the community, everyone is so nice.  The best part is, we also gained some great friends in you and Jeremy and we are looking forward to nurturing a great friendship.
