After more than two decades of researching, writing and speaking that I hope that I am accepted as one of the leading visionaries on change and business trends in the real estate industry.
I have penned 15 Books, Whitepapers and Reports including the 1998 Amazon.com bestseller, Real Estate confronts Reality (1997), the sequel Real Estate confronts the Future (2004) and the annual Swanepoel TRENDS Report (2006, 07, 08 & 09) as well as the Swanepoel SOCIAL MEDIA report (2010). My academic accomplishments include a bachelor's in science, a master's in business economics and diplomas in arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, computer science and marketing.
