Stephanie Baker firmly believes that everyone deserves quality housing. She is committed to donating 5% of each sale commission to Sacramento County community agencies that advocate for, manage, and develop affordable housing for families and children.
Since making her commitment in 2004, Stephanie has donated over $10,000 to Legal Services of Northern California, Sacramento Mutual Housing Association, Sacramento Housing Alliance, Fund, Inc (Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment's nonprofit wing) and to Sacramento Neighborhood Housing Services. “Stephanie's expertise and persistence proved to be invaluable as we negotiated with a sometimes disinterested seller.…The sale of our very nice little home and the purchase of a larger house in the area we have longed to live in have surpassed our expectations. Stephanie is a DRE-licensed, full-time Real Estate Consultant. She is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the Sacramento Association of Realtors. Baker brings to her business over 15 years of professional marketing, sales and legal experience....as well as neighborhood knowledge, experience and enthusiasm! Stephanie is an active community member, including participation with Soroptimist International of Sacramento, her local elementary school's PTA, and numerous other community organizations. A native of Hyannis, Massachusetts, Stephanie graduated from both Lyndon State College (Vermont) and California State University. Stephanie has lived and worked in Sacramento's central neighborhoods since 1990. Stephanie, her husband John and their daughter Jessica reside in South Land Park.
