- The Pier Group office is located in the heart of historic downtown Lake Worth in sunny Palm Beach County, Florida. It is a truly beautiful and scenic tropical paradise.
About Me:
I was born in Brooklyn, NY to the children of Italian immigrants. Mom and Dad wanted to get out of the big city so when I was 10 we moved to Orlando. I lived in Orlando for over 30 years and watched it grow from a small town to a big city in its own right. Because I am really a big kid at heart, I am also a big fan of the theme parks in Central Florida.
In my early 20's, at my fathers' urging, I applied and was hired by Ma Bell (AT&T). He kept saying "Get a job with benefits!" because every parent wants their children to be well taken care of. I reluctantly obliged and ended up manufacturing computer chips, which turned out to be a pretty cool job.
Then the dreaded words "downsizing" and "spin-off" echoed in the hallways and before I knew it, they closed the factory where I had worked for 21 years. Luckily they offered incentives to take classes and train for new jobs. I had become interested in real estate after buying and renovating my first home. So I decided to further my interest and take Real Estate classes and was licensed shortly thereafter.
I have since relocated to Lake Worth and begun my association with The Pier Group. I fell in love with this area as soon as I arrived. The miles of waterfront, the historic downtown area and the incredible diversity of its residents have captivated me. I now look forward to helping others discover Lake Worth's irresistible charm.
Areas of Expertise
My primary specialty is single family and condo home sales in Central Palm Beach County. I list for sale and work with buyers too. There are many great houses and condominiums available to buy today. The inventory has increased as a consequence of the glut of housing on the market which means lots of choices. I am the person to come to to begin and end your search for the perfect house or condo purchase.
I also help people find rentals. The condo market has taken a very big hit from the housing downturn and that means many units in beautiful developments that are available to buy. So many apartment complexes had "turned condo" that for quite a while the rental availability had dwindled. Now that has reversed itself, resulting in lots of opportunities for the renter.
