I will help your buyers to be ready. For buyers who have been refused a mortgage, I will re evaluate their situation and if I can't find a lender within the Invis network of mortgage lenders, I will offer a step by step plan to see them ready to buy in the future.

First time home buyers: I offer education, industry leading lending rates, excellent service and options which put your buyer in control.
Rentals: If the house has a suite and is capable of rental income, I can find a lender. Owner occupied, not owner occupied, improper zoning, non-conforming - I can find a lender. Its then up to the house, the buyer and rental income to prove it is viable. Your buyer will get his chance.
Renewals: For your clients who have purchased, I offer up to 120 day rate guarantees for clients needing to renew. They will get the best rate offered over the period. Don't let your past and present clients take a chance. Get them a rate guarantee up to 120 days before renewal.
Equity loans: For clients looking to buy a second home, vacation property or facing financial difficulty, I can tap into the equity in the client's home to assist them in their goals. Whether its debt consolidation, funding a down payment or sending children to school, I can help.
