About Us:

Steve Kent HomesI am a professional full time real estate agent working full time in the South Bay Area including San Jose, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Campbell, Mt View, Palo Alto and Los Altos. Since 2000 I have been building a loyal following of past clients who have referred others to me and have used my services for additional home selling and buying needs.

I am a very personable agent and can easily work with clients of all types. In addition, I am a very high tech agent, maintaining 3 blog sites, and at last count 7 websites that I developed my self and did all the design and coding. I derive much of my business from the internet but most comes from referrals from other agents or past clients.

Personally, I have a lot of outside interests, I am writing a mystery novel, I love to cook and am developing a cookbook, I restored an Italian Sports car that I drive on weekends, I love to read books and usually have several around me. I have a great art collection and enjoy the full "Bay Area" experience.  I have lived in this area for most of my life and know it very well.

Areas of Expertise

I have a State-of-the-Art Listing system that I have developed to insure that my clients have the most exposure possible for their homes. Things I do include, filming my own virtual tours <example> and making them available within a day.  I feature their properties on my websites and put them up on Craigslist. My flyers are full color 2 sided printed on heavy magazine stock paper.  Even my signs are uniquely desigened to capture buyers interest.

From a buyer's perspective, my knowledge of the area, and my professional guidence is always appriciated but even more important is my ability to negotiate a great deal for my clients. Interestingly enough, I have done many deals where I represented both buyer and seller and in every case, I have completed the process with delighted clients on both sides.
