About Steve

I grew up in the mountains of West Virginia, but in 1981 I moved to Dallas-Ft. Worth where I quickly fell in love with the great southwest. In 1991 I moved to Oklahoma City and this is a fantastic place to live, work and play. I have one son who is a student at the University of Oklahoma and 18 yr old twin sons who live in Arizona. My wife and I have 2 dogs--a weenie dog and a silky terrier who are working hard at getting us trained.

We are active members of Crossings Community Church and I enjoy football(especially college), baseball, golf, reading, coin collecting, and playing with the stock market.

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in residential property typically from about $125,000, to $250,000. I enjoy working with first time buyers and people looking to take that next step up in the ladder of home ownership. When you realize our average home price is about $160,000 it's clear that I work in a very active part of the market. I also enjoy working with seniors as they determine what their future needs will be.

My financial background is quite varied--real estate, and previous experience with insurance, mutual funds, limited partnerships, all of which give me a unique view of the market.
