About Me:
I'm working with a high quality custom home builder and helping folks find lots and acreage for them to place their new homes.
I have a long background in sales and technology. I worked in media twelve years. This is an asset: for buyers, since I know how to effectively gather info. for them to find the best properties available. For sellers: I can help them get their land sold more effectively through media advertising and my daily work with custom home buyers. This gives a land seller exposure like no other agent in our market area. My life has been strongly influenced by work with charitable Christian organizations including food relief missions in the United States and Africa.
Since 2003 I have been a real estate agent in East Tennesseend working primarily with building custom homes and residential land sales.
Lastly, I have a B.B.A degree from Belmont University and bring many years of complex contract negotiation experience to the table.
