About Us:

I grew up in Orange County when there were still orange groves.  I graduated from UCLA and moved to the South Bay in 1969.

I have been selling Real Estate full time in the South Bay  since 1979.   I specialize in the Beach cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach,  El Segundo and the surrounding communities.  

In addition to helping my clients buy or sell property, I bring many years of experience and expertise to each transaction.  I managed a local company for over 16 years and have been involved or supervised thousands of transactions.  I know how to solve those small difficulties that  may occur in all transaction.  I have a list of great people from painters to escrow companies who work with me to make sure your real estate transaction will be pleasant and profitable.
