We are members of the Missouri Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, member of the Northwest Arkansas Multi-List and the Carthage Multi-list. We accept referrals. I have the ABR designation. I am a licensed Broker in both Missouri and Arkansas. My experience as a top producing agent for the last 11 years has given me a significant amount of knowledge about Real Estate, financing, and all aspects fo the home buying and selling experience. I have specialized in Buyers Agency the last few years. I still list property for past clients and sellers that request my services. As the Broker of Seven Valleys Realty, I require that all my agents act in a professional manner. Each agent in my office is personally trained, monitered, and assisted by me in all our real estate transactions. Each sales agent in my office has at least 4 years experience as a salesperson.

Areas of Expertise

Buyers Agency is my primary area of expertise. I have acted as a Buyers Agent many times over the last several years. I cover a large area of Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas, and have traveled over 200 miles to help a client purchase a farm outside my (normal) coverage area. I try my best to find the most suitable property, negotiate the best price possible ,and make the process as enjoyable as I can. I want my clients to be so happy with their purchase that they feel completely confident in recommending me to their friends and family. I enjoy meeting, visiting, and making friends with my customers. When the sell is over, our friendship remains. I primarily work with farms and recreational property as my speciality. I have a large amount of broiler farms, cattle farms and recreational land listed.
