Our 19 year old daughter (yes, just 19) was interested in purchasing her first home. We (Mom & Dad) were apprehensive since we knew from past experiences it would be a challenge. During the beginning of our search many houses were beyond her reach however we simply saw a "for sale" sign close by and made the call for more information. A quick return call from Tatyana started a very rewarding adventure.
A showing was quickly set up around our daughters' and our schedule. The home was one in need of ascetic repair however as I questioned Tatyana she was very straight forward with all answers. What was unknown to her was noted and quickly investigated. She was most interested in being sure the structural integrity was in no way compromised assuring all of us she was not interested in going forward until an inspection was complete and there were no unseen problems that would add stress to our already anxious daughter.
Since the home was a "short sale" listing there were many procedures neither my wife nor I knew the answers to. We only knew our daughter was excited. Question after question flowed from daughter through parents to Tatyana over the next month to six weeks. Once during that period we left on a seven day Mexican vacation with fears of not being able to communicate rapidly should the necessary buyer-to-financing information be needed. No problem, Tatyana would track us down and collect anything needed, forward it to the proper people and keep our process on track.
Everything flowed perfectly until the day of the closing. A giant snow storm arrived virtually canceling all hopes of the meeting between buyer, seller and the Title Company (and, by-the-way, it was the last day the low interest rate loan was to be available requiring a complete resubmission). Once again Tatyana came to the rescue gathering up all parties involved, driving through the unplowed streets and we all meet in our living room for the two hour "signing of the papers" late into the evening.
To say I was impressed is an understatement!
Follow through was always there, questions were always answered and she suggested many things I would never have thought of; always with a smile on her face.
Since our daughter was only 19, only Mom and Dad celebrated the event with the complementary bottle of wine following the purchase.
I have recommended Tatyana to several friends and always receive a personal thank you from her.

I came to know Tatyana through a mutual friend. My goal was to purchase a condo/townhouse in or around the area of Aurora. Though, I was reluctant, being as I was almost 3,500 miles away. She assured me my purchase could be accomplished. She sent pictures via online. By the time I had time to fly to Denver, she had a list of properties I wanted to view. Before my trip was over, I had all of my paper work completed and provided my down payment. Although, the mortgage company took too long and were frustrating to work with (given the way our economy is, it was understandable). Working with Tatyana was a wonderful and smooth experience. Our reason for working with Tatyana was we were looking at a home that was for sale and was in forclosure. We saw a sign out front with her name and number on it. We decided to call and see if we could look at the home. Tatyana responded immediately and we were able to see the home on the weekend. After this we asked if we could get other listings.
