How much can a homeowner save?
Through the implementation of the Equity-ReturnsTM Program, an actual mortgage payment of $2,097.64 may be reduced by $672.64 per month for a 2 year period while potentially eliminating the Chapter 13 payment. Eliminating the Chapter 13 payment, the homeowner will pay only $1,425 per month instead of $2,547.64.ii
A small portion of equity is accessed to subsidize the loan over the program period to lower the monthly payments.iii Through the use of the program, homeowners will have lower payments for up to 3 years. They save money each month while their equity continues to grow. Homeowners have lower payments with the aggregate savings exceeding the total cost of the program.iv
